ProVision Flange Inspection Status is a tool within the software which helps our turnaround division track flange inspections at each level. A real-time wall chart from the visual inspection, repairs, and final QA of each flange for your turnaround. For HF Alky Flanges, a data entry form is generated to input the actual raised face width measurements and calculate an immediate accept or reject designated from the client specifications. The data can then be moved to a single report form or exported in multiple formats to transition and imported into most IMDS systems. The data presents our clients with a physical measurement that can be tracked and monitored through each necessary TA cycle.
